1. High rigidity bed body

Resin sand casting bed body and legs, with a reasonable structure to ensure rigidity.

O Supports dual specifications with a maximum turning diameter of 630mm/800mm for the bed body, covering workpiece lengths of 1000/1500/2000/3000mm.

2. High precision machining capability

The machining accuracy reaches IT6~IT7 level, the roundness error is ≤ 0.01mm, and the surface roughness is ≤ Ra1.6 μ m.

The spindle adopts a three-point rolling bearing structure (double row roller bearings+bi-directional thrust ball bearings), which is precisely calibrated at the factory.

3. Modular power system

The main motor has a power of 11kW and a speed of 1460r/min.

The spindle speed range is 7.5-1000r/min (630 type) or 6-800r/min (800 type), with a through-hole diameter of 100mm and a Mohs 5 taper.

Servo motor direct drive ball screw: X-axis fast movement 3000mm/min, Z-axis 6000mm/min.

4. Wide processing capability

The knife holder system can be selected from vertical 4-station (LD4B-CK6180) or 6-station (LD6B-CK6180), supporting 32 × 32mm large section cutting tools.

The tailstock sleeve has a diameter of 100mm, a stroke of 250mm, a Mohs 6 taper, and a lateral movement of ± 15mm (to enhance eccentric machining capability).

O Supports machining of shaft and disc parts, metric/imperial threads, arcs, conical surfaces, and keyways.
