1. High rigidity bed frame

Resin sand integral casting of bed body and legs ensures high stability and vibration resistance.

The maximum workpiece rotation diameter is 800mm, supporting three workpiece length specifications of 1500/2000/3000mm.

2. High precision machining capability

The machining accuracy reaches IT6~IT7 level, the roundness error is ≤ 0.01mm, and the surface roughness is ≤ Ra1.6 μ m.

The spindle adopts a three-point rolling bearing structure (double row roller bearings+bi-directional thrust ball bearings), which is precisely calibrated at the factory.

3. Efficient power system

The main motor has a power of 11kW and a speed of 1460r/min.

Servo motor direct drive ball screw: X-direction fast movement 4000mm/min, Z-direction 6000mm/min.

4. Wide processing capability

The turret system can be equipped with a vertical 8-station (BWD100-8) and supports 32 × 32mm large section cutting tools.

The tailstock sleeve has a diameter of 100mm, a stroke of 250mm, a Mohs 6 taper, and a lateral movement of ± 15mm (to enhance eccentric machining capability).

O Supports machining of shaft and disc parts, metric/imperial threads, arcs, conical surfaces, and keyways.
