The first employee job skills competition in 2020

In order to better carry out the Quality Month activity, enhance the awareness of all employees' participation in quality management, and improve their job skills, the General Manager's Office has decided to hold an employee job skills competition.

Leader of the Skills Competition Leadership Group: Huang Chang'an; Deputy Team Leader: Dong Deming Team members: Wang Wei, Rui Youfu, Rui Zhengjin, Wang Wei, Chen Yali, Li Zhonglin, Zhao Yongqiang, Wang Guangqiu, Ye Qing, Tang Ronghai, Chen Guoquan, Dong Guangye, Zhang Lin, Rui Chunbao.

Competition order of each competition group member:

This evaluation consists of on-site operation evaluation (using a scoring system for comprehensive assessment) and quality inspection evaluation. The organization will issue inspection reports for the competition process according to the drawings and technical requirements, which will serve as the main basis for assessment and evaluation. The activity group leader and deputy leader will comprehensively evaluate the first, second, and third prizes of the competition based on the participating positions and scores.
