Emphasizing Quality and Ensuring Production - Ma'anshan Nanshi Technology held a quality produc

On August 30, 2020, the company held a quality training conference with the theme of the World Manufacturing Conference. Nearly 150 people attended the training, including General Manager Liang Yuecang, quality management leaders from Nanshi Technology and its subsidiaries, production system representatives, and employee representatives.

The training mainly focuses on the three transformations pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping, namely "the transformation from Made in China to Created in China", "the transformation from Chinese speed to Chinese quality", and "the transformation from Chinese products to Chinese brands". With the theory of "Quality First and Quality Strong Country" published at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the center, the idea that "quality is the life of enterprises, and everyone should be responsible for quality" is proposed.

The training explained that the quality goal of "quality is life, design is soul" is to improve customer satisfaction. Any enterprise that strives for excellence must start with quality, and various cases have been used to illustrate the idea that the best quality is the lowest cost.

At the end of the training, General Manager Liang Yuecang emphasized that cognition forms awareness, positioning determines results, and the system creates results. Today's quality training should inspire and reflect on everyone's future work, and enable them to implement it seriously, so as to truly consolidate the cornerstone of our quality management work. Striving to catch up with advanced enterprises, from being out of reach to being on par with them, until we can keep up, this is a difficult and long process, but it is our goal and the direction of our efforts.
