Ma'anshan Nanshi Technology Co., Ltd. First Reserve Cadre Excellent Talent Class Training

To reserve "reserve talent" for the future development of the company and meet the personnel needs of various business developments; Cultivate and enhance the modern enterprise management concepts, methods, and skills of the company's existing backbone employees; Retain and motivate key employees, promote the realization of their career planning, and establish their determination to provide long-term service.   The company organized the development of the first two month reserve cadre talent class training plan, selecting potential backbone employees to participate. After employees registered, supervisors recommended, and the general manager approved, the number of people in the first talent class was finally determined to be 31.

On the morning of May 25, 2022, the company organized and held the opening ceremony of the first Excellent Talent Class. General Manager Liang Yuecang, along with company leaders and the organizer of this training project, Red Sea Human Resources, participated in the opening ceremony of the course.

At the opening ceremony, General Manager Liang Yuecang delivered the opening speech and important speech for the first Excellent Talent Class, emphasizing once again the original intention and significance of this training. The leaders of the company also expressed their best wishes for the successful completion of this training in turn
