The main task of the annual technology conference is to summarize past work, set goals and tasks for the next stage, and promote the better and faster development of the company in terms of technology team building, technology management, and technological progress.

The previous comrades have all made good speeches and exchanged experiences. Taking this opportunity, I would like to share some opinions on the company's work in areas such as technological innovation. Firstly, enterprises must adhere to the development concept driven by technological innovation and create products and services with core competitiveness. Only through continuous technological innovation and breakthroughs can enterprises stand invincible in the fierce market competition. In this regard, we still have a lot of work to do and a long way to go. We need to calm down, concentrate and overcome difficulties. The second issue is digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing. In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, we need to actively promote digital transformation work. Utilize new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to improve management efficiency and labor productivity, and assist traditional enterprises in upgrading and replacing. Thirdly, it is necessary to clarify the strategic positioning of the enterprise and grasp the main line of product development. The key task for our product development in the coming period is to benchmark the PACK production line against advanced enterprises, further optimize and deepen it, and make significant improvements in terms of rhythm, reliability, and appearance; The second is the development and mass production of battery disassembly all-in-one machines;

Thirdly, the improvement and enhancement of warehousing and logistics equipment; The fourth is to develop some specialized equipment around the requirements of National High Tech, such as battery cell cleaning machines and NMP gas recovery devices. The fourth is to strengthen the technological transformation work of enterprises. We need to continuously improve the design and manufacturing process of our products, update production tools, equipment, testing methods, and eliminate outdated equipment, in order to enhance product quality and production efficiency. Fifthly, in the face of complex and diverse internal and external environments, we must maintain confidence, firm determination, exert the power of resilience, and actively face challenges. In the face of difficulties and setbacks, we must uphold our patriotism and shoulder the historical responsibility of promoting technological progress in enterprises. Sixth, the work of strengthening team building is always on the road. We must continue to introduce and select a group of excellent technical talents to fill key positions, and maintain the team's purity, integrity, and efficiency. We should continue to do a good job in training technical personnel and create a good environment for their learning, work, and life.

The above six aspects are my thoughts and opinions on the company's work in areas such as technological innovation.
