The company was established in November 2002 as a limited liability company based on the original Ma'anshan Machine Tool Factory through enterprise restructuring and in accordance with modern enterprise system requirements. The company's predecessor was the Ma'anshan Machine Tool Factory, which was formed by the merger of the former Anhui Provincial Defense Industry Office Military Enterprise 9419 Factory and the former Ma'anshan Machine Tool Factory.
